Here Mark Straker shares how he achieved his life time ambition.Mark had a dream to develop a short movie that could influence disaffected children in schools around the UK, then Europe and then the World. Mark was working for Stevenage Council when he attended his first NLP business training delivered by David Key in 2005.
It was during his training that Mark used an NLP process designed by David Key called the NLP PRESENT (which creates a pseudo disorientation in time using timelines, future pacing, well formed outcome questions and movement) and was designed to enable Auspicium students of NLP to create very compelling goals, Mark made his goal even more exciting by deciding he wanted to create his short drama and enter it into some Film Awards because he had another dream. He wanted to win a Hollywood Award for his film!
In 2007 Mark’s film, “One of US” was selected by the Beverly Hills Film Festival from thousands of entrants. He was down to the last 5 when he recieved a call from the organisers of the Beverley Hills Film Festival. They flew Mark and his film collaborators first class to Hollywood and YES…..to his surprise and amazement, his film was awarded WINNER of Best Short Drama 2007.
So, you see, you can achieve amazing things if you just start to believe it’s possible and you’re capable and most of all that you’re worthy of success! (whatever that means to you)

Wow… if you are looking to understand a little about NLP this is the course for you… and David is the right person to guide you through it. His passion is infectious; his stories are memorable and the learning is incredibly fun and powerful. I’m sure you get emails like this regularly but I just want to thank you for spreading your wisdom and helping me so much. I really do appreciate you making the courses so accessible for me, as NLP has changed my life massively and in ways I could never have imagined.
Before I did the first 2 day diploma course, I was very nearly suicidal. I’m not saying that I was about to drive to the docks and throw myself in. But if for instance me and my fiancee split up I would have seriously considered it. Now I feel like what ever happens a cliff would have to come to me for me to jump off it.
I have made good progress with rebuilding the relationship with my dad and we are going for a game of snooker soon. I have also been able to get in loads of work and it seems like its going to become more and more as the phone is ringing most days with new customers with big jobs to quote for, which 9/10 I’m getting. Rapport is soo powerful isnt it?Anyway, I have been trying to come up with a way of saying thanks to you!
I would wholly recommend studying with Auspicium - from a business point of view, the course really does deliver! If you want fantastic skills in communication, negotiation, sales, conflict resolution or leadership, then you are in the right place. And your colleagues, customers, clients, suppliers and even your boss will notice the difference from the day you return to the office…And beyond…
...I do have a warning though! Well…..I did it…but I’m sure you didn’t doubt that!
for so many reasons I did not want to spend Sunday morning at High Wycombe shopping centre - but I HAD to know. So my son and I went into Zara and I was genuinely excited at going up the escalator. However, I then felt unable to go down. I didn’t feel as scared as I would have done before - just tentative. I nearly admitted defeat and took the lift but suddenly knew I could do it…it was so easy. In fact Lucas and I “rode” that escalator 4 times!! (left before we got thrown out). It was then on to House of Fraser to try the “big one”...and I did it. I wouldn’t even have been able to let my son do it before let alone me.So, from someone who shops with clients for a living, “thank you” - I guess I was very lucky that no one else had a phobia last week!
Auspicium made me think more about myself and gain huge confidence; I am surer about what I want in life and business now and how I am going to get it. Anyone reading this shouldn’t do this training unless they want to be more successful in all areas of their life……….do it now.
